Course Overview:
The focus of this course is to learn how to write an individual learning plan. This is normally an essential skill reserved for teachers. However we believe that Learning Support Staff would benefit greatly in understanding the process of building an individual learning plan. This course is designed to build on your existing knowledge and skills as an educator and will help guide you to further understand the process of building and implementing an individual learning plan.
Course Certification:
This course includes or develops strategies in relation to the following AITSL/APST standards: 1.5, 1.6, 4.1, 6.2 and 6.4. As these AITSL standards are covered, this course is recognised as contributing 1 hour of professional development for Australian teachers. *Due to recent changes in NESA certification, NSW accredited PD certification is pending. This course is still counted towards your elective PD.
